An 
EEO-5 Form 168A report for elementary and secondary schools has been added to the EEO report collection.
Setup
An EEO-5 Form 168A tab has been added to the EEO Report Settings Maintenance page.
Use this tab to map activity assignment classifications.
The activity assignment classifications in the Description column are hard-coded and correspond with each line on the EEO-5 Form 168A report and, if used, the transmittal file.
The activity assignment classifications in the Classification column are selections from a new validation set, 611-EEOC Activity Assignment Classification. Each selection in this column maps to the corresponding description in the Description column.
Editing validation set 611
To add, change or remove a selection from validation set 611, double-click in a Classification cell to enable it, hold down the <Ctrl> key, and click in the cell again. The Validation Set Values List-611 EEOC Activity Assignment Classification dialogue opens.
To edit a selection, click the appropriate number in the Value column. To add a selection to the validation set, click the New button. To remove a selection that is not already in use, select the appropriate row, and click the Delete button. Watch.
Map employment statuses, ethnicities and genders using the Employment Type, Race and Gender tabs on the EEO Report Settings Maintenance page.
To appear on the EEO-5 Form 168A report, employees need to have selections in the following fields in Workforce Administration:

Gender and Race on the
Personal tab (corresponds with Gender and Race tabs in EEO Report Settings Maintenance) -
EEOC on the
Employment tab (corresponds with Employment Type tab in EEO Report Settings Maintenance) -
EEO Assignment Classification on the
Jobs tab (corresponds with EEO-5 Form 168A tab in EEO Report Settings Maintenance)
Transmittal file setup requirements
If you also use a transmittal file, you will need to go to the EEO Report List page in Maintenance (Maintenance > Human Resources > Employee Attributes > EEO Reports) to configure Form 168A:
The CODE ID for Form 168A is 5. Click this ID to open the EEO Report-EEO-5 page and set up your transmittal file information on the General tab:
